Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your statutory cancellation and refund rights when buying from LayerForge3D online.

14-day cancellation right

For most goods bought online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must tell us that you want to cancel within this 14-day period.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

How to cancel or return

Contact us at marcgreer@live.co.uk and state that you wish to cancel or return your order. We will provide return instructions where required.

Unless the goods are faulty, not as described or another legal exception applies, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory cancellation right.

You may handle the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may make a deduction from a refund where the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.

Refunds

Where you exercise the statutory cancellation right, we will refund the payments due to you, including the cost of our standard delivery service, where required by law.

We will normally issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, subject to applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to cancellation

Some goods are excluded from the statutory cancellation right where the law permits, including certain goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods, and other goods for which a statutory exception applies.

If an exception applies to a particular product, this will be made clear before purchase.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under UK consumer law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
